Introducing a new Club project – «Problem-Solving Methods»

The main idea of creating such a project is the desire to apply knowledge about the system-analytical approach of LiveDevice in practice, developing systematic methods for solving various business problems within the framework of Club meetings.

After development and testing, the next method ends up in a special Club catalog, where the user can find it using one of two parameters:

1) by belonging to one of the sections on the organisational structure of the business (Directorate / Human Resources Management / Administrative Management / Financial flow management / Accounting / Production of business product / Marketing / Public Relations / Sales & Customer Service);

2) according to the level of the problem as such (Alignment with the Mission / Standards / General Management / Processes / Resources).
