We at AXIS Business Club have developed a simple and effective method for finding the essence of problems and, accordingly, their solutions (also in essence). This method is based on knowledge and practical application of the LiveDevice principles practiced in our Club. The LiveDevice principles are the natural laws underlying the structure and interaction of all systems in our world.
All possible problems were divided into 4 types:
- Management problems
- Problems with business product production and business processes
- Problems with information and communications
- Problems with resources
